Undergraduate Informal Time Off

Informal Time Off allows a student to take one or two quarters off at a time.

This form is a notice that you plan to take time off. It does not need to be approved and you are not required to justify your reasons for taking time off. The information we collect allows us to make sure you have the support and resources you need. Please only share what you are comfortable sharing.
