Bad River Departments, please utilize this form to notify departments heads and the grants department of intent to submit or request assistance with writing grant or funding proposals.

This form was developed by the Bad River Planning/Grants Department to help coordinate the grant/funding review process for a proposed project.  Additionally, the planner and council will utilize this information to ensure funding is and programs align with the strategic plan.

The team gathers these forms, reviews upcoming deadlines, and then plans their assistance accordingly. The team member assigned to assist, will reach out to you to schedule a meeting to review your needs. 

A copy of this completed form will be sent to the email you provide below. You must print that email and turn into council (with a resolution if it's required) prior to completing your application.
