Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) facilities are maintained for the use of Region 4 in meeting our statutory purpose of serving school districts and open-enrollment charter schools. Activities integral to or directly associated with projects, programs, or services of the ESC shall be given highest priority in determining use of Region 4 facilities. However, Region 4 Board Policy (EE LOCAL) provides for limited authorization of meeting room usage for approved organizations. Such authorization includes security procedures and usage fees.
ESC facilities shall not be used for profit nor for personal social events (e.g., reunions, weddings, receptions, showers).
Organizations interested in use of Region 4 meeting rooms must complete the following online request form. Requests will not be accepted via email or telephone.

Please fill out one form including all necessary information for each event/meeting/room needed. Multiple dates for the same event are allowed on one form, given all information is exactly the same for each date.
All event details must be finalized ten (10) days prior to the event.
