Seattle Public Schools Referral Form

Introduction

Please fill out this brief referral form to express interest in the Student Family Stability Program. This program is a short-term housing stability/ rental assistance program that assists Seattle Public School (SPS) students/ families to stabilize their housing situation.

Eligibility for the program includes the following:

  • Students must be enrolled in Seattle Public Schools. NH’s housing advocate will request SPS identification number and copy of ID card (when available) to verify eligibility.
  • Students must be experiencing housing instability. This is defined as those who are currently housed but at imminent risk of eviction or homelessness. Due to the amount of funding available, the program will prioritize students who could likely become stabilized with a small amount of financial or housing counseling support. Students who may benefit from a longer-term support and more financial assistance will be referred to other programs with more financial resources available.
