Filmora License Request Form

As a benefit for our National Training Consortium members, the Transportation Learning Center is extending a limited number of free licenses and deeply discounted prices for Wondershare Filmora X (Perpetual Plan), a video editing and production software. For each training consortium that your organization belongs to (paid member in good standing), you qualify for one (1) FREE Fillmora X license. For example, if your organization is a Rail Car and Signals Consortium member in good standing, you may request up to two free licenses. The free licenses can only be issued now. Future requests will not be honored.

For additional licenses, you may qualify for 50% discount off the listed price ($34.99/license for non-profit/gov't/education) or 30% ($48.99/license for all other entities) that we negotiated, if you order 5 or more licenses at a time. Purchases of fewer than 5 licenses may or may not enjoy the same level of discount. The purchase will be charged to your business credit card and we will be in touch to provide more details.

* We do not offer the free license to member agencies of the Bus Operator and Maintenance Apprenticeship committees. However, they may qualify for the discounted volume licenses. Skip Questions 3 and 4 if your organization belongs only to an apprenticeship committee.
