NOMINATION FORM

In a continuous effort to recognize excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service, Butler University has created the Outstanding Professor of the Year Awards. As faculty, you are instrumental in the process of supporting remarkable achievement through your nominations. You are invited to nominate any faculty member on campus and to write a letter supporting your nomination(s).

Nomination packets must be submitted by the nomination deadline posted on the faculty awards website. Late nominations will not be considered.

CRITERIA
Faculty who are recognized for these awards shall demonstrate:

High quality performance in all areas of their professional responsibilities (i.e., teaching, scholarship, and/or service, as stipulated by the terms of their appointment) during the 2023-24 academic year.

Outstanding outcomes (i.e., exemplary accomplishments that do not typically occur in other years) in teaching, scholarship, or service in the 2023-24 academic year.
