Networking Venue Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting/sponsoring a Greater Omaha Chamber event. Please complete this form if you are interested in hosting or sponsoring a group of 100 people or more. The host facility is responsible for all costs of the event unless they are working with a co-sponsor. The host may partner with other Chamber members to provide products or help pay for the cost of the event. These partners MUST be Chamber members. A list of current members can be found here.

Only completed applications will be accepted.

Why Sponsor:
  • Access and visibility
  • If you provide a drawing, you will receive all the business cards collected at the event
  • Your employees may act as greeters near the registration table 
  • Company name and website link included on the Chamber's Event page, where 11,000+ electronic invitations are directed multiple times
  • Have a representative from your company give a 3-5 minute "pitch" about your business
Set Up:
  • Chamber staff will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the event
  • Be sure a representative from your company is ready to provide a 3-5 minute "pitch"
  • Be able to provide chairs and tables for registration, vendors, and guests to sit and mingle
  • Provide coat racks when applicable
Must supply:
  • Coffee & Contacts:
    • Coffee: 10 gallons per 100 people
    • Water & Juice for non-coffee drinkers
    • Food: 60 servings per 100 people
    • Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. 
  • Speed Networking:
    • Alcohol: Two drinks for every "of age" attendee
      • Cash bar after two drinks for each attendee
    • Non-alcoholic beverages & water
    • Food: 60 servings per 100 people
    • Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. 
  • After Hours or Cocktails & Culture:
    • Alcohol: Two drinks for every "of age" attendee
      • ​​​​​​​Cash bar after two drinks for each attendee
    • Non-alcoholic beverages & water
    • Food: 60 servings per 100 people
    • Cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. 

**Severe Weather: If the Omaha Public School District is closed for inclement weather, the event will be rescheduled or canceled.
