National Service Blitz 2023
AmeriCorps Members: The Habitat AmeriCorps spring event, "Build-a-Thon" joins the entire Habitat AmeriCorps community together to make housing a reality for more families. We see the tremendous impact you are making in communities throughout the U.S., we want to celebrate and give you an opportunity see what our work looks like together. This year we are excited to combine efforts with Habitat for Humanity Veterans Build and partner with their Repair Corps volunteers for our first ever National Service Blitz.
Repair Corps: Habitat for Humanity International Veterans Build's event, "Muster" has become a tradition for both Habitat for Humanity and The Home Depot Foundation. This event was created to provide Repair Corps grantees with cultural competency, cross-secular collaboration and resources. "Muster" is a military term that refers to a formal gathering of troops, especially for inspection, display or exercise. This year we are excited to combine efforts with Habitat AmeriCorps and partner with their AmeriCorps members for our first ever National Service Blitz.
This year's event, the 2023 National Service Blitz, will be hosted by Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity in partnership with Habitat AmeriCorps and Habitat for Humanity International Veterans Build. With your support, we will be helping Fort Hood partner even more families this year.
