PRIM&R invites motivated, professional members with strong writing skills and an interest in writing about ethical issues in research to share their perspectives on the topics covered during our webinars, short-course programming, and annual conferences. These contributions are then published on Ampersand, PRIM&R’s blog.
In order to apply, you must be a current PRIM&R member, whose membership will be active for at least two months beyond the event end date. If you are not a PRIM&R member, consider becoming one today!
This application can be used to apply for any open PRIM&R Blog Squad opportunities. Please note that the time commitment for the Blog Squad varies based on the event being covered (i.e., one post for a single webinar vs. 4-6 for the PRIM&R Annual Conference). We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Blog Squad guidelines for the event for which you are applying and the guest blogging terms and conditions before submitting your application. You can also explore past Blog Squad posts for an idea of what posts on Ampersand typically look like.
If you are chosen to be a Blog Squad member for the event you selected in your application, you will receive complimentary registration for that event.
If you have any questions, please contact PRIM&R's Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Noah Rae-Grant, at nraegrant@primr.org.
**If you experience difficulty uploading files to your application, please fill in the rest of the information requested in the application and click submit (you'll get an error message saying your application has not been submitted, but a partial application will be filed in our system and we'll have your name and contact information on file to follow-up). You can then send the requested files (biography, introductory blog post, statement of purpose, and photo) directly to nraegrant@primr.org and we will add them to your partial application.
