Become a MiCAFE Network Application Assistant

MiCAFE, a program of Elder Law of Michigan, conducts background checks on all MiCAFE Network Application Assistants in order to protect clients’ sensitive information. We appreciate your cooperation.

Please complete the following sections:

• Submit a copy of your driver’s license using the link below. Optionally, you may also choose to

  • scan and email it to documents@micafenetwork.org, or
  • take a clear picture with your smartphone and text it to (734) 237-8946 (Carrier text message rates may apply.)
