Graphic Designer & Web Developer Questionnaire

Designer / Web Developer's Role

As a designer / developer, you will be responsible for creating website desisgns and coding them into a WordPress site per the direction of the EmoryDay creative director. To be successful in this role you must have in-depth knowledge of the WordPress platform and have the ability to implement all front-end development using plugins, CSS,  and HTML to make your designs function correctly on the web. You must also have the ability to  implement a wide-range of functionality using third-party plug-ins.

Independent Contractor vs Employee

EmoryDay employs both Independent Contractors and Full Time Employees.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by level of experience and scope of the project. It most instances, a project-based compensation amount is agreed upon between EmoryDay and the developer prior to the start of each assigned project.
