Thank you for your interest in the Howard County Farmers Market. Those wishing to participate in the Market must complete an application form. Space at the market and the items a vendor offers will be factors in determining approval. Fees will be collected once acceptance to markets has occurred.

GUEST VENDORS: A guest vendor is a once a month spot at the market. Vendor space is considered three parking spaces.
A limited number of guest spaces are available for $30.00 daily.

I will not re-sell any produce purchased from a wholesale warehouse, retailer or other grower, I realize that failure to comply will result in my expulsion from the HOWARD COUNTY FARMER'S MARKET.

THE COUNTY EXTENSION AGENT WILL CERTIFY THAT THE ABOVE NAMED PERSON (S) IS TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE, GROWING/PRODUCING THE CROPS/GOODS DESCRIBED ABOVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH RULES/ REGULATIONS OF HOWARD COUNTY FARMER'S MARKET, FURTHER, THEY AGREE UPON REQUEST THAT THEY WILL ASSIST AN INVESTIGATION DUE TO ANY QUESTIONS RAISED ABOUT THE AUTHENTICITY OF SAID CROPS/GOODS MADE BY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE (S) OF SAID MARKET.

I shall, at my own cost and expense, defend any and all actions which may be brought against me and the Howard County Libraries, Howard County Government, or Howard County Farmers Market Limited, That may be impleaded with other in above mentioned matters, and in the event of my failure to do so, the Howard County Libraries, Howard County Government, or Howard County Farmers Market Limited may at my cost and expense, defend any and all such judgments, suits or actions.
