University Honors Program Application

Thank you for your interest in the University Honors Program at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Please complete the following electronic application only if you are a continuing Cal Poly student and your CPSLO GPA is 3.4. Continuing Cal Poly students who are first time first years may apply to the Honors Program in Spring quarter of their first year. Students in their second or third year can not apply.

Before completing the application, we strongly recommend you prepare (and polish) your essay responses using a word processor. Once completed, you may easily copy-and-paste the responses into the form below.

Admission to the University Honors Program is highly competitive, and application materials are carefully reviewed. Please follow the given instructions and ensure that all requested application materials are submitted in a timely fashion. Incomplete applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
