FCMP Beach Warning Flags Order Form

FDEP Florida Coastal Management Program Beach Access and Safety Program

The Florida Coastal Management Program (FCMP), within the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, is pleased to announce the opening of the beach safety flag request form for coastal communities and government agencies. At this time, we are accepting requests for beach warning flags only, for Florida's public beaches. The program is open to state, local, and other governmental entities that provide public access to the coast.

Please fill out the following form. Make sure that all of your information is accurate since our orders and shipping are dependent upon your information. Flag orders may be limited in this cycle due to the availability of funds, so we ask that you please limit requests to a maximum of 36 total flags. Please be prepared to provide exact information for each flag posting location and photos of installed signage/flags after orders are received. If you have any questions, please call 850-245-2181. Thank you for your participation!

Responses will be accepted through May 31, 2025.
