Could you please also ensure that the following requirements are met:
a) MFDs and printers are operational, live on the network and have the necessary hardware and software options installed (e.g. JAVA, OSA, eBridge and HDD as required). All monitored print devices MUST have the print queues setup and tested prior to the installation as it is not the responsibility of Selectec to install print drivers.
b) Ports are not blocked by a firewall as per this kb article (http://www.papercut.com/kb/Main/FirewallPorts), PaperCut requires access to these pots to communicate with the print server.
c) A member of staff with IT knowledge of the network should be available at all times on the day of installation to assist with technical questions relating to the install of PaperCut.Your Data.
