The City of Fort Collins Recreation Department offers a Non-Profit/Government Entity Pass Program which allows the non-profit or government organization to bring clients to the City of Fort Collins Recreation facilities.

The Multiple Facility Admission Passes allow access to Edora Pool Ice Center, Fort Collins Senior Center, Mulberry Pool, Foothills Activity Center, The Farm, and Northside Aztlan Community Center. City Park Pool is excluded from this pass. The Multiple Facility Pass is offered to qualifying nonprofit organizations for $1.50 per admission. The quantities available for purchase are 25, 50, and 100 admissions. The details for use are as follows:
  • Non-Profit/Government Entity passes are for client use only. The pass may not be used by an employee of the organization.
  • Attendants of group clients are granted free admission.
  • Once pass admissions are used, passes can be reloaded at any facility at a discounted rate.
The Recreation Department requires non-profit and government clients to be with attendants at all times. Clients of any non-profit or government group cannot use the non-profit/government entity pass unless their attendant is present. There are no time restrictions for use at any facility. For non-profits, organizational IRS proof of Non-Profit status or 501c3 determination letter must be submitted with the completed application to be considered for approval. Non-profit organization status will be reviewed on an annual basis; each participating non-profit is required to resubmit their proof of non-profit status annually. A reminder of renewal will be sent prior to expiration. If proof is not re-submitted, the Non-Profit Pass will be revoked until proof is supplied. Non-profit organizations can submit their application and non-profit status online using this form or in-person to any Customer Service Representative at any Recreation Facility.
